At Scrubora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
